About DELRO Egypt

DELRO Egypt is a subsidiary of Delta Aromatic International Co., an established Egyptian group founded in 1982 and recognized for its long- standing expertise in juice concentrates and flavor solutions.

For many years, one of Delta Aromatic’s core operations has been run as a 50:50 joint venture with Döhler Group of Germany (Döhler Egypt) reflecting a strong heritage of international partnership, advanced know-how, and adherence to global quality standards. Integrated Agricultural Foundation

Since 2006, Delta Aromatic has been actively engaged in the cultivation of fruits and vegetables in Beni Suef, South Egypt. The group owns approximately 1,000 feddans of agricultural land, supplying fresh produce to domestic markets, processing facilities, and export channels.

As of January 2026, DELRO will directly manage these agricultural assets, integrating farming operations into its value chain. This strategic move ensures greater control over raw material quality, traceability, and sustainability, while supporting the company’s juice concentrate production requirements.

Strategic Direction

Starting March 2026, DELRO will focus on the development and manufacture of high-quality flavour systems, (clear and emulsion) serving
the beverage, ice cream, carbonated soft drinks and CSD.

From January 2027, DELRO will expand its portfolio to include the production and export of modified fruit juice concentrates, with an initial
focus on modified orange juice concentrate, followed by additional fruit varieties.

Premium Modified Juice Concentrates:
DELRO’s approach to modified juice concentrates is driven by sensory excellence and product integrity. Pasteurization and aseptic filling result in significant flavour loss. DELRO adds carefully nature identical flavours to reach a natural taste, aroma. Also, visual appeal, by adding natural colors.

The modified orange juice concentrate contains:
• Orange peel oil and natural flavour, limited to a maximum of 0.05% in the final beverage.
• Natural color, for a natural appearance.
In addition to orange juice, DELRO will offer premium fruit cocktail bases tailored for beverage applications, including:
• Citrus punch.
• Red berry cocktail.
• Yellow tropical fruit mix.
More modified concentrates—such as pineapple, apple, lemon, and other fruit varieties, will be introduced to the market in subsequent phases.
